De plus, ce type de structure ne peut servir de remise et\/ou de b\u00e2timent temporaire, qu\u2019il soit implant\u00e9 en cour avant, lat\u00e9rale, ou arri\u00e8re. Le fait que cette structure ne soit pas visible de la rue ou soit cach\u00e9e ne dispense pas de l\u2019obligation de l\u2019enlever. Un constat d\u2019infraction pourra \u00eatre \u00e9mis au contrevenant.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>CAR SHELTERS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Car shelters (e.g.: Tempo) should be completely removed by April 15<sup>th<\/sup>.\u00a0<\/em><em>As well, this type of structure may not be used as storage or as a temporary building even if it is established in the front, side, or back yard. The fact that this structure may not be visible from the street or is hidden does not exempt the obligation to have it removed.
