Permits and certificates
Before undertaking a construction or renovation project, you must first ensure that you have obtained the appropriate permit. Apply for a permit right now by using the on-line permit service, which will allow you to get your permit quickly without having to travel.
The municipal Inspector is available at the Town Hall, at 118, avenue des Cèdres, from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm. To contact her or make an appointment, contact Laura Lee at (450) 263-5942 or by e-mail at the following address: inspection@brigham.ca.
The main duties of the municipal inspector are:
- Urban planning issues
- Application of municipal and provincial laws and by-laws
- Delivery of permits
- Secretary of the Comité Consultatif d’Urbanisme
